We have but 5 golden rules when considering candidates to join our team:
You are not a rockstar, or a ninja, or a ninja-rockstar. You are a good person who is passionate about developing great software.
You have a strong understanding of Javascript, Ruby, and Rails, and a high degree of comfort and familiarity with HTML, CSS, web servers such as Nginx or Apache (we use Nginx) and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL (we use Postgres).
You have an understanding of project management tools like Pivotal Tracker, and an understanding of or desire to learn about automated testing (unit testing, acceptance/integration testing).
You are comfortable with the idea of coming to the office for a few days (read: free co-working space) and that your personality is a determinant in our hiring process. This will give you the opportunity to learn about Unspace, our clients, and the lovely, intelligent people who inhabit our space.

Compensation ranges from $60 to $90 per hour based on your experience level, with comprehensive benefits.
